Manage steps from inbox

The end user can execute (and consult) steps of running process cases from the User Experience inbox.

In this view, the end user can see all pending steps waiting to be acted by this user.

For each step there is a set of icons/actions that convey information about the step.

Click on a pending step to open it.

For each step there is a set of icons/actions that convey information about the step.

The step shows the form presented to the user. There are several actions that the end user has the option to take.

When the form is submitted or skipped, the case continues to the next step.

If a step can be processed by more than one user, it shows up as pending in all of those users' inboxes. However, when one person completes that task it shows up as completed, instead of pending, in other users' cases lists.
