Manage steps

Community

The process administrator can manage (and consult) steps of running process cases from the User Experience inbox.

In this view, the process administrator can see:

  • pending steps waiting to be acted on in the case
  • any attachments for this case
  • comments attached to this case
  • overview of what has already happened in this case

For each step there is a set of icons/actions that convey information about the step.

Click on a pending step to open it.

The step shows the form presented to the user.  There are several actions that the process administrator has the option to take.

 

When the form is submitted or skipped, the case continues to the next step.
